Abstract

Due to many useful features of bryophytes are a quite widely used nowadays in the field of biotechnology. In vitro bryophyte propagation by
tissue culture of this studies can be considered as a basis. Propagation by tissue culture does not only lead to biotechnological research but
also is produced for the protection of the biodiversity of the country. In our country, bryophyte tissue culture and its related studies are in the
initial stages and are expected to incerase rapidly in the following years.
