Alabalık Spermasının Kriyobiyolojik Muhafazasının Mekanizması

Abstract

Today, preservation of genetic resources is an important issue to be transferred to the next years. Preservation of fish sperm
by freezing (cryopreservation) has great potential especially in rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) culture. Cryoprotectants used
in cropreservation of sperm cells protect them against damages that occuring during cold shock and freezing. Understanding of the
physiological and functional properties of the frozen-solving sperm cells were provided developments in cryobiological researchs.
In this article, the effects cryopreservation process on sperm cells have been focussed.
