Microorganisms in the soil play an important role in ensuring the continuity of natural ecosystems. With specialized molecules and
signals, microorganisms are involved in the physical, chemical and biological changes in plants and soil. In the soil there are microorganisms
which act directly or indirectly as hazardous or beneficial to the plant health. Besides the effects against pathogens, the interactions of
beneficial microorganisms are also important for the use of agricultural point. In this review, according to the studies up till now, information
on the interactions between beneficial microorganisms will be given.
