Epigenetics is identify as heritable changes in gene expression that do not appear a change in the DNA sequence. While DNA methylation involve in the control of cellular gene expression, histone modification function transcriptional activity in the cell and control the accessibil-ity of chromatin structure. Epigenetic mechanisms such as DNA metylation and histone modifications also were determined that regulate the expressions of miRNAs. miRNAs are small RNA moleculesapproximately 22 nucleotide long that can negatively control their target genes expression.tumor-associated aberrations in the miRNA or epigenetic machineries are widely determined in human cancer. In this reviewhave been tried to define disregulated miRNA and epigenetic machineries relation between in cancer and miRNAs to cancer therapy.
