Balıklarda Antioksidan Savunma ve Oksidatif Stres

Abstract

Anti-defense system of the fish’s against harmful effects of reactive oxygen products like all live with oxygen breathing had
been developed. This defense system as “antioxidant defense system” and vitamins in the defense system as “antioxidant vitamins”
is called. The most important antioxidant vitamins are A, E, C vitamins and carotens. In this study, importance of the antioxidante
vitamins which enhance the resistance and improve the defense system of fish against to biotic and abiotic stress factors (viruses,
bacteria, fungi, diseases, stock density, negative environmental factors, oxygen and temperature changes, hand capture, transport)
inevitable in cultural conditions was investigated.
