İslam Düşüncesi Bağlamında Din Felsefesi Mümkün mü?

Abstract

This work, depending upon definition of philosophy of religion in Anglo-Saxon world, draws attention to the secular, Christian and Enlightenmentist origin of philosophy of religion, at the same time it indicates the influence of these elements to the philosophy of religion made in Turkey. Having briefly stated the discussion about the nature of philosophy of religion, this work tries to mention the different styles of philosophy of religion made in Anglo-Saxon world. After
stating that there is no one kind of philosophy of religion in the West, it is claimed that the philosophy of religion in Turkey has to develop in the cultural and religious circumstances of Turkey.In order to put this forward, this work analyses the status of philosophy of religion in Turkey,through briefly assessing the thesis and textbooks perpared in Turkey. Consequently it argues philosophy of religion in Turkey has to evolve in the context of religious and cultural dynamics of Turkey.
